The Residential Home
You will be Service Manager to 3 Houses two of which support Adults with an Acquired Brain Injury and the other Adults with Learning Disabilities for a total of 26 residents. The service has recently been acquired and as such requires a Registered Service Manager who is fantastic and bringing in change and positive improvements. The team work hard with the individuals they support around rehabilitation, enablement and developing their skills to gain independence.
With an excellent staff team in place, they are now looking for a Service Manager to offer them excellent leadership & fresh ideas to benefit the staff team and the people they support.

- A proven track record within Adult Learning Disabilities.
This is a unique organisation that provide support from Birth to end of Life for a wide range of people who have learning disabilities, brain or spinal injuries, life limiting illnesses, or require complex care support.
