Full-time, permanent, Registered Care Manager job vacancy, Redcar, Cleveland/North Yorkshire – home care experience essential – car driver essential.

Are you an experienced Deputy or Care Coordinator who is ambitious and hungry to progress? Maybe you are an experienced Manager looking for a new, exciting opportunity and the chance to shape a new start-up office? If so, then this could be the role for you.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting project at a brand-new start up branch in the Redcar area. You will be pivotal in building the branch up, using your skills and knowledge to put your mark on the service and set the standards for high quality care. You will build your staff team around the company values, promoting best practice to a team of home carers, and you will be an ambassador for the service. You will meet with clients and families to conduct assessments and build bespoke packages tailored to each individual. Furthermore, you will oversee all compliance, taking responsibility for the wellbeing, retention, supervision, and training of home carers.

Key Information

  • £28K per annum (this will increase as service grows)
  • Experience in homecare/domiciliary is essential.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care essential & be willing to work towards Level 5.
  • Good knowledge & experience of relevant CQC regulations & legislation.
  • Experience of developing a homecare branch and previous CQC inspections preferred.
