Registered Care Manager, Stratford-upon-Avon

£30K - £35K per annum DOE + benefits

Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are looking for an inspirational Registered Care Manager living close to the Stratford-upon-Avon area of Warwickshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established, thriving service and help take the service to the next level.

This role is commutable from Warwick, Coventry, Leamington Spa and surrounding areas.

As their Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the service in line with regulatory requirements to deliver high – quality person centred care. You will be leading and motivating your team to deliver a high-quality service. You will also be responsible for ensuring the recruitment and retention of staff meets the service demands and enables growth to meet targets. You will promote and support a positive culture, as well as being a positive role model to all.   

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and be willing to work towards Level 5;
  • You will hold a full driving licence and access to a vehicle;
  • You will have previous management experience and share their passion for high-quality care. You will be business minded and have excellent leadership skills to motivate a talented staff team.
