Registered Care Manager, Warrington

£28K - £32K per annum including on call

We are looking for a talented Registered Care Manager living close to the Warrington area of Cheshire. We have an exciting opportunity to join a homecare provider built on wonderful values and help take the company to new exciting levels.

Maybe you’re an experienced leader ready for a new challenge? Or maybe you’re a Deputy/Senior ready for the next challenge in your career? If so, read on, this could be the job for you.

“I’ve never had a boss that is so understanding. I’m very proud to be part of your company”

The director has worked in the sector for over 26 years and has built herself up from carer, to supervisor, to management. She felt that the personal touch had been lost and created a service where the person was at the heart of the care provided. This is a rewarding role where you will be making a huge difference to the lives of the people you support. They empower their clients to achieve greater independence and enjoy life to the full, and you could be part of that.

As their Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in the future of homecare for older people and drive forward a customer focussed ethos. You will be a dedicated leader and an excellent role model to your team, inspiring them to be the best they can be.

What qualifications & experience are required?

  • You will hold a minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and be willing to work towards Level 5;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle;
  • You will have excellent leadership skills to lead a skilled and passionate team and help the business grow to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity; this provider offers ongoing support to help you thrive in the role and progress.

If you are excited by this amazing job opportunity, we would love to hear from you. Health & Social Care Jobs are proud to recruit for the Social Care Sector and when you click on apply, one of our friendly careers advisors will contact you to discuss this in more detail. We only employ experts, so you can always rely on us to look after you during your career change.

This role is based in Chester and may suit someone willing to commute from Ellesmere Port, The Wirral, Northwich, Warrington, Wrexham and surrounding areas.
