Registered Care Manager, Tunbridge Wells

£35K - £40K per annum plus bonus


We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager living close to the Royal Tunbridge Wells area of Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning, national care provider who go above and beyond to provide exceptional services to an exclusive client base.

This role is commutable from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Brenchley, Penshurst, Langton Green, Pembury and surrounding areas.

You will play a role in helping the branch to grow to exciting new levels.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

You will hold excellent care standards and ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, or working towards this. You will have experience in a management role and being a car driver is essential. You will be determined and passionate about homecare and have the leadership skills to deliver excellence. You will have a warm and welcoming personality and someone who can inspire your team.
