Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?
You will play a pivotal role in the initial start-up of the business, helping it get off the ground and helping it grow to exciting new levels. You will be the face of the service and the one that cascades the values of the organisation to its Care Staff and to its customers. You will be the first person our clients meet so from the first meeting you will set the standard. You will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do, and you will lead your team to deliver only the best care. You will be an excellent people person and be able to build strong relationships within the local community.
What qualifications and experience will you need?
As their Registered Manager, you will be determined and passionate about homecare and have the leadership skills to deliver excellence. You will also hold excellent care standards and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and willing to work towards Level 5. Being a car driver is essential.
If you are excited by this opportunity to help start a service from scratch, then we want to hear from you. Within this organisation if you shine opportunities are created. They have ambitious plans for the future, and you could be part of that! When you do click on apply, Health & Social Care Jobs will contact you and you will get the opportunity to discuss this amazing opportunity in more detail.
