We have a full time, permanent job vacancy for a Registered Manager of a newly registered Homecare service based in the Burton-on-Trent Area of Staffordshire, also covering parts of Derbyshire. 

  • Up to £35,000 per annum
  • Company Car / Car Allowance



This Homecare provider is located in Burton Upon Trent, 12 miles / 23 minute drive via A38 from Derby, 17 miles / 28 minute drive via A38 from Lichfield, 24 miles / 40 minute drive via A50 from Loughborough, and is commutable from surrounding areas.

The Service & Your Role

As Registered Manager, you will assume responsibility for ensuring the service provided to all clients and families is safe and effective.  You will hand pick your own team of carers and senior carers, providing inductions, support, and continued guidance to allow each individual staff member to develop in their role.  Alongside this, you will assist in generating new referrals, networking, and developing relationships with clients and families who require the help from you and your valued team.  This exciting opportunity will allow you to take control of a newly registered homecare service, in need of an experienced registered manager to build it into a thriving service that delivers premium quality homecare!


Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years Management experience within Domiciliary Care or Homecare services
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care Adults (we welcome applicants working towards this)
  • Can-do attitude, excited by the opportunity to grow this new homecare service
  • Full UK Driving Licence
