Are you a Registered Care Manager with experience within the Social Care background living within travelling distance to Ulverston? Would you love to use your experience but in a totally different role? We are looking for someone with a fantastic knowledge of the Care Sector to join our team.
Based in the centre of Ulverston we are Health & Social Care Jobs. We are a team of ex Care Professionals who assist Care organisations across the country with their recruitment needs. This can vary from Care Assistants & Support Workers right up to Area Managers and Operations Managers. Your job would simply be to Telephone Interview candidates over the telephone to determine their suitability for the position we are recruiting for. You would get to know the Provider you were recruiting for before embarking on interviewing candidates who will have applied via our online adverts or you may have found them on one of the many CV sites we have access to.
Understanding Care is essential as you will know exactly what questions to ask. So we are ideally looking for someone who has worked in Older People's Care Homes, Children's Residential Homes, Adult Learning Disabilities Services, Homecare/Domiciliary Care or Mental Health. You will be working in an office environment so been good at admin and of course you would very much need to be confident on the telephone.
* Telephone Interviewing
* Producing comprehensive Interview notes following your interview (Like a story)
* Arranging Interviews
* Sending out interview Confirmations
* Speaking to Care Providers taking vacancy details.
* Tracking candidates progress through their application
* Dealing with any offers of employment.
This is a really great job. We all love what we do, because we all care about the care Sector. I personally love asking a candidate "why did you go into care" more often than not the answers can make the hairs stand up on the back of my neck. If you love care but you are ready for a change, or you are tired of the long hours but still want to play your part, then this job is ideal for you.
