Health & Social Care Jobs are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a unique Paediatric Complex care provider in the North Leeds Area. We are looking to recruit a talented Registered Care Manager to oversee the general management of this specialist service.
£35K per annum, plus fantastic culture & benefits
This Provider has very much a family feel, whilst also been part of a wider group of companies. This service provides complex paediatric care to Children & Young Adults within their own homes.
With a CQC Rating of Outstanding for Caring, and, good in all other areas, this is an organisation who are all highly motivated and all the children and young people are cared for by a very compassionate staff team. This is testament to the organisation and to help compliment the team they are looking for a Registered Care Manager who would love the values of this organisation. The business has always focussed on Quality over quantity and currently oversee 1200 hours of care per week.
As their Registered Care Manager, you will be supported by a long-standing, clinical, staff team. They oversee the clinical elements of the complex care packages, with an additional forty team members.
You will complement the existing team by bringing your Care Management expertise and fantastic organisational abilities. The main focus of your role will be overseeing all elements relating to the logistics of the care operation. For Example: -
- Recruitment & Retention
- Quality & Compliance
- Mentoring and Leading the teams
- Customer satisfaction & Relationships with outside agencies, and families
- Homecare / Domiciliary or complex care experience.
- Level 5 Leadership & Management – Desirable
- Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Coordinating experience Desirable
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within Domiciliary Care at a supervisory level or above.
