We are looking for a Registered Care Manager, or very experienced Care Coordinator looking for progression, to develop an established homecare office in the Witney area of West Oxfordshire.

Location

Based in Oxford we are looking to grow our West Oxfordshire Territory which covers Witney, Woodstock, Burford, Chipping Norton, Charlbury and Carterton areas.  So, if you live within commuting distance to our office in Witney, we would love to hear from you.

Registered Care/Branch Manager £28-35K per annum, plus bonus

As their Registered Care Manager this Homecare provider is looking for an inspiring leader of people, someone who knows what quality care looks like, the approach to care, and someone who is professional and can present the company, its ethos, values, and cascade them not only to their customers & their families but to the care team.  Creating a team with the same values is key.

You will be instrumental in building, developing, and maintaining both Domiciliary/ Homecare Packages as well as Live in Care packages throughout the West Oxford Area.  You will be supported by 2 x Field Care Supervisors and a team of care assistants.
