Registered Care/Branch Manager, Scampton

£33K per annum + potential bonus

We are looking for a fantastic Registered Care/Branch Manager living close to the Scampton area of Lincolnshire to join a fantastic homecare provider. From day one you will have the autonomy to make a difference and drive forward your branch, growing and improving quality. You will work hard, but you will be rewarded for your efforts, you could have a job for life!

As their Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in the future of homecare for older people within your local community. You will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do, and you will lead your team to deliver only the best support. 

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold a minimum of a Level 3 Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • You have experience and a proven track record of managing excellent homecare services;
  • You will have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle;
  • You will be an excellent leader who is passionate about providing high-quality homecare and working for a provider that you can be proud of.
