We are looking for an up and coming superstar to become a Registered Care/Branch Manager in the Hornchurch area of East London. The role is accessible via the A124 and A125 and close to local amenities.  

A Fantastic Opportunity

Our client is a brand-new start-up homecare office and you will have an opportunity to put your own stamp on the service from the beginning. The business model is focused at providing care to private clients with a real focus on achieving an “Outstanding” rating with CQC. You will be involved in every aspect of a start-up business and you will be pivotal in growing the service to exciting levels. You will recruit carers, build a client base, manage your staff team and deliver care where required. You will set the standard from the start and cascade the company’s values in all that you do.  

This role could be ideal for an existing Registered Manager who is excited at the prospect of leading a start-up office and turning it into something special. It may also be a great opportunity for a talented Care Coordinator or Deputy who is hungry for the next step in their career and wants to become a Manager. What are we looking for in you?

  • A minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and be willing to work towards Level 5.
  • Experience in a senior position in Older Peoples’ Homecare.
  • Car driver with access to your own vehicle.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a staff team, passionate about quality homecare and excited by the challenge to grow a new service.
