Registered Care/Branch Manager, Bristol

£33K – £36K per annum DOE + bonuses

We are seeking a talented Registered Care / Branch Manager living close to the Bristol area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family run organisation who provide the highest quality domiciliary/specialist care to older people, people living with physical disabilities, people living with Dementia and people with learning disabilities.

 Our client is a small, family owned organisation who is expanding. They provide high quality care and support to people living within their own homes. They aim to make sure that their service users are empowered to achieve their goals and aspirations, live an independent life whilst ensuring their dignity and wellbeing is maintained.

As their Registered Care / Branch Manager, you will be pro-active and recognise the importance of high-quality care and you will inspire your team to always aim for the highest standards. You will also be involved in coordinating care, recruitment, training, shadowing, supervising, in addition to carrying out assessments and looking after the clients. You will also play a key role in growing the branch to exciting new levels.

What experience and qualifications will you need?

  • You will have a proven track record of leadership skills in the homecare sector;
  • You will have strong leadership skills and be a positive role model to the team you lead;
  • You hold a recognised Management Qualification e.g. QCF Level 5 or equivalent, or be working towards this qualification;
  • You will have a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
