Full-time, Registered Care / Branch Manager job vacancy, Southampton, Hampshire.
The role is based close to the city centre close to local amenities. It is commutable via the M27 and M271 and only a short journey to Southampton Central train station.
- £30K - £32K per annum DOE.
- Car driver essential.
- Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management or be working towards this.
- Minimum 2-years’ experience Managerial experience in a care setting is essential.
- Proven track record of growing a domiciliary care business.

As our Registered Care / Branch Manager, you will be overseeing the day to day running of this branch. We are currently a small service, delivering approximately 600 hours of care per week, however part of your role will be helping to grow the branch to exciting new levels. We have an excellent team in place, who you will lead, motivate, and develop to ensure the highest standard of care is always provided to our clients.
