We are working with one of the greatest homecare providers within the UK, who have an outstanding reputation within their local communities, not only for the quality of the care they provide, but also the work they do within the local community. They boast “outstanding” CQC ratings and national awards to show for it! They provide a minimum of 1-hour home visits to a purely private client base

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

You will play a pivotal role in getting this new start-up branch up and running. You will be the face of the service and the one that cascades the values of the organisation to its care staff and to its customers. You will be the first person our clients meet so from the first meeting you will set the standard. You will be a hungry and vibrant individual and you will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do, and you will lead your team to deliver only the best care. You will be an excellent people person and be able to build strong relationships and networks within the local community to take the branch to exciting new levels.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

As their Registered Manager, you will be determined and passionate about homecare and have the leadership skills to deliver excellence. You will have a warm and welcoming personality and be someone that our clients will trust.  You will also hold excellent care standards and ideally be qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent. Being a car driver is essential.

If you are excited by this job opportunity, then we want to hear from you. Within their organisation if you shine opportunities are created.  They have ambitious plans for the future; and you could be part of that!  When you do click on apply, we will contact you and you will get the opportunity to discuss this amazing opportunity in more detail.
