Registered Care / Domiciliary Branch Manager, Homecare, Job Vacancy based in the High Wycombe Area of Buckinghamshire.  Car Driver Essential

PLEASE NOTE:  You must have experience as a Registered Manager / Care Coordinator within Social Care 


This Registered Manager job vacancy is situation right next to the M40 in High Wycombe.  It is easily accessible from Slough which is 29 Minutes/14 Miles or Maidenhead which is 17 Mins / 9.7 Miles via the A40.

The Branch

This Domiciliary Home Care Agency and its staff team are looking for an inspiring leader.  A leader who will mentor them, guide them and cascade best practice by leading by example.  As with most Care services there is always room for improvement. Supported by your Operations Manager & Senior Management team, they are there to help you along the way and offer you the support needed and resources to run a successful, high quality service.

  • £35 – 40K per annum, DOE, Plus Bonus
  • Minimum of 2 Years Domiciliary Care Branch / Homecare Agency Experience
  • Car Driver Essential.
  • Covering 2000 Hours of Local Authority Care Contracts.
  • Supported by Regional Manager, 8 Office Staff & 62 Care Assistants.
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management desirable.
  • Experience of Improving, Auditing & leading a team.
  • A Proven Track record in Social Care.
