We are looking to recruit a Registered Branch / Care Manager for an established private Homecare Provider whose branch is on the outskirts of Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Homecare Experience & A Car Driver are Essential.  We would welcome applications from experienced Deputy Care Manager’s, or Care Coordinators / Field Care Supervisors who are looking for career progression. 

28-32K per annum DOE

Location

This Homecare Branch is located in a small town in Wakefield. The town is 8 minutes / 2.4 miles outside of the city centre.  This job vacancy is also commutable from Dewsbury (10 mins, 4.2 miles), Barnsley (19 mins, 12.9 Miles), Morley (18 Mins. 9 Miles) or Batley (14 Mins, 5.4 Miles) With excellent transport links been situation just off Junction 40 of the M1 and the A638 / A650.  From the office they cover various areas of Wakefield.

The Provider

Experience Required

  • Experience within Older People’s Homecare is essential. (Community)
  • An excellent role model to the staff team who can cascade the company values throughout the whole team, so that everyone shares the same beliefs.
  • Believes in High-Quality person-centred care and wants to deliver the best!
  • An excellent Leader of people and a fantastic mentor.
  • A minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care ideally Level 5
