We are looking to recruit Registered Branch / Care Manager for an established private Homecare Branch in the East Liverpool Area of Merseyside. A Car Driver is Essential for this job vacancy. £28-35K per annum DOE.

This Homecare Branch is located in a busy suburb East of Liverpool Town Centre within easy commuting distance from Warrington is 15.3 miles/25 Minutes Via the M62/A57,  St Helens 7.9 Miles/19 Minutes Via A57/A58, Liverpool 5.1 Miles / 18 Minutes Via A5049/A5047/A5080, or Birkenhead 7.2 Miles /21 Minutes via the A5047 & Birkenhead Tunnel.

The Person – Is this you?

  • An experienced Manager with an excellent understanding of Regulations.
  • Someone who is Autonomous and will actively seek opportunities to gain new referrals and build relationships and network in the local community.
  • An excellent role model to the staff team who can cascade the company values throughout the whole team, so that everyone shares the same belief’s.
  • Believes in High-Quality person-centred care and wants to deliver the best!
  • An excellent Leader of people and a fantastic mentor.
  • A minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care ideally Level 5
  • Able to motivate a staff team, passionate about quality homecare and excited by the challenge to grow a new service.
