We have a Full Time, Permanent job vacancy for a Registered Care / Branch Manager (Homecare) living close to the Wimbledon area of South London.  Previous experience of working in Homecare is essential.

£40K per annum, No On Call Duties

Location / Demographics

With Free onsite parking the location of the office is commutable from Wimbledon, Mitcham, Croydon, Sutton, Richmond and Wandsworth Borough’s of London.  A car driver would be highly desirable for this job vacancy.

The Provider

You could be joining a leading provider of homecare and support services to older adults in the area. They were formed over 15-years ago based on the owner’s own experience of caring for her daughter. They felt there was a need to provide a care service that puts people at the heart of the service rather than profit. Everyone who works in the service has a passion for ensuring only the highest standards of support are provided at all times.  

As their Registered Care /Branch Manager, you will play an instrumental part in the future of homecare for older people and drive forward a customer focussed ethos. You will be pivotal in helping the branch grow and taking it to exciting new levels. You will have excellent leadership skills to inspire your team to be the best that they can be. All their wonderful staff are valued and looked after as they recognise their importance to their success. 

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • Previous Homecare experience (Not Residential or Nursing Home)
  • You will have a minimum of 3 years-experience in a supervisory/management role, maybe you have been a Senior or a Deputy and you are looking for the next step up;
  • Ideally you will hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence
