Due to continued success we have a fantastic full time, permanent job vacancy for an experienced Registered Care / Branch Manager (Homecare), in the Bournemouth Area of Dorset. (Location of the office will be dependent on applicant’s location and is completely open at the moment)
As the Registered Care Manager of their newly opened Bournemouth Branch, you will be someone with a real passion for care, be an inspirational leader and fantastic addition to the family. A good sense of humour, compassionate, caring and a good listener is a must for your clients, their families, and your staff tea. You will be a leader who you will nurture and ensure that everyone feels included and part of a special team, whilst ultimately delivering the highest level of care to your customers.
- Experience of working in the community/Homecare within a Homecare Branch – Essential
- Registered Manager, Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor experience
- Previous supervisory Experience
- Excellent knowledge of CQC & Regulatory Requirements
- KLOE knowledge and excellent Care Planning and Risk Assessment skills
- Customer facing, caring and compassionate.
- Car Driver.
- QCF Level 5 – or be willing to work towards
