Private Homecare - Registered Domiciliary Care / Branch Manager job vacancy, Gloucester.  Homecare Experience essential – Driver Licence Essential

Location/Key Information

The role is based in the Gloucester area but is easily commutable from Cheltenham (10miles/25 mins via the A40), Stroud (9.5 miles/25mins via the A46), Tewkesbury (15miles/25mins via the A40 or M5), and other nearby surrounding areas.

  • £30-£35K per annum, plus Car Allowance & Bonus

  • Supporting 80 Private clients with no visit less than one hour

  • Ideally Hold Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience of working within a Domiciliary Agency/ Home Care Branch

Your Role

They are looking for a Registered Manager to take the branch on the next stage of their journey. You will play a crucial role in networking in the local community, using your experience, skills, and contacts to help grow the service. You will also engage with your team, setting the highest of standards to ensure that the clients your service supports, always receive the highest standard of care.  

  • To provide excellent leadership & Operational skills.
  • To be the face of our business visiting our clients & their families in their own homes.
  • Carrying out highly personalised Care Plans & Risk Assessments.
  • Providing & Demonstrating a service that stands out in our local community.
  • Maintain Legal & Regulatory legislation & maintain our Outstanding CQC Rating.
