As their Registered Manager, you will lead a positive and vibrant home where every child and young person is given the care, support and levels of challenge needed to develop not just their academic abilities, but also their self-confidence, life skills and independence. You will be an inspirational role model who will ensure that all standards set by OFSTED are exceeded.
