Registered Children’s Home Manager, Loughborough

£35K - £48K per annum + car allowance/mileage contribution

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Registered Children’s Home Manager living close to the Loughborough area of Leicestershire. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to be a part of a new children’s home and help get off the ground.

Create brighter futures

As their Registered Manager, you will autonomy to put your own stamp on the role and you will be pivotal in getting the home up and running. The site will have 3 houses and will be able to accommodate a total of 9 children. The children you will be supporting will have Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each child has the very best opportunity to achieve all their goals in life.

You will be joining a specialist provider of support services for adults and children with a range of needs. They provide one to one care, 24 hours a day to enable people to live with dignity and support.

What qualifications & experience are we looking for?

  • You will hold a minimum Level 3 in Children & Young People, or equivalent;
  • You will hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management;
  • Ideally you will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • You will also have experience in a Management position and undergoing an Ofsted inspection.
  • You will have an excellent understanding of relevant legislation and compliance.
