Registered Children’s Home Manager, New Malden

£36K – plus £3000 annual bonus

We are looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager living close to the New Malden area of South West London.

This role is commutable from Wimbledon, West Barnes, Morden Park, Mitcham, Surbiton and surrounding areas.

This is an Ofsted outstanding and Autism accredited, residential service for children aged 8 – 18 with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.  They have a fantastic reputation, with a vision to deliver high quality, person centred care, achieving positive outcomes and achievement for the children and young adults they support.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who can inspire and motivate our team as well as maintain the extremely high standards. This is a truly rewarding job where you can make a positive difference to a child’s life but not only that you can play an instrumental part in that child’s future and developing the staff team.

What experience & qualifications are required to be their Registered Manager?

  • You will hold a Level 5 Leadership & Management, or equivalent, or be willing to work towards this;
  • You will have experience managing a Children’s Home and have a good understanding of how to run an Outstanding service;
  • You will be able to prove that you have received either an Outstanding or Good in all areas of a previous OFSTED report;
  • A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is also essential.
