We are looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager in the Birmingham area of the West Midlands. This role is accessible via the M6 Toll Road, A452 and A38 transport links. To apply for the role, you will need:

  • You will hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent or working towards.
  • You will hold a Level 5 Leadership & Management.
  • Have a minimum of 2-years’ previous Ofsted inspections.
  • Held a Management/Senior/Supervisory in a Children’s Residential setting in the last 3 years.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive environment and giving young people the opportunity to encounter normal, ordinary experiences in order to provide them with the ability to reach developmental milestones needed for everyday life. You will provide strong leadership skills to lead your team and ensure that all the individual needs of the children are met at all times.
