Registered Domiciliary Care / Branch Manager, job vacancy, Brighton/Eastbourne Area of East Sussex – Car Driver Essential

£32-36K per annum, DOE (Maybe Negotiable for the right candidate)

This vacancy in a town on the south coast right in the middle of Brighton (31 mins 12.6 miles) and Eastbourne (22mins, 9.4 miles) via the A259 & Lewes (22 Mins, 11.1 miles) via the A26.  

The Provider

The owner of this service has a background in Social care management spanning 26 years.  This provider has fantastic values, and truly wants to be the kind of Homecare company that the local community deserves.  Their aim is to offer a highly personalised, holistic approach to care but that they also help combat loneliness and support the aged community & those living with Dementia in the community.  They want their care assistant to be like friends to the people they support.  They do have an overall good CQC Inspection, however there are room for improvements which is where you come in as their Registered Manager.

  • Qualified to CQF Level 5 Health & Social Care or willing to work towards
