Registered Homecare Manager, Slough

£35K - £40K per annum DOE

We are looking for a special Registered Homecare Manager living close to the Slough area of Berkshire. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a homecare company and be part of a brand-new start-up branch, helping to get it off the ground and grow to exciting new levels.

They aim to deliver minimum 1-hour visits so nothing is rushed, and a new standard of care can be delivered.

For their Registered Manager, they are looking for someone who is down to earth and will ensure the values of the service are upheld and high-quality care is provided at all times. There are exciting opportunities to grow and expand the service so there is huge scope to grow within the role and play a big role in a really exciting period of growth.

Experience & Qualifications

  • You will have experience in homecare and ideally have held registration in a previous role;
  • You will hold a minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and be willing to work towards Level 5;
  • It is essential that you are car driver.
