Full Time, Permanent, Registered Care / Branch Manager job vacancy, Gloucester area of Gloucestershire. Domiciliary Home Care Agency.
£28K - £35K per annum DOE plus mileage, car allowance & bonus package
The role is based in the Gloucester area but is easily commutable from Cheltenham (10miles/25 mins via the A40), Stroud (9.5 miles/25mins via the A46), Tewkesbury (15miles/25mins via the A40 or M5), and other nearby surrounding areas.
We are recruiting on behalf of a homecare provider who aims for an outstanding CQC report, our client provides a range of services to Older Adults to help them either remain independent in their own homes, or simply providing companionship and friendship in their later years. They never spend less than an hour with their clients and each package of support is tailored to an individual’s needs and it is never rushed. The owner is always looking at ways they can contribute to the local community with a great passion in raising awareness and educating people around Dementia. They want to change the face of aging and only look for team members who share similar values.
They are now looking for a Registered Manager to take the branch on the next stage of their journey. You will play a crucial role in networking in the local community, using your experience, skills, and contacts to help grow the service. You will also engage with your team, setting the highest of standards to ensure that the clients your service supports, always receive the highest standard of care.
- Must have a minimum of one year’s experience of managing a Homecare Branch / Domiciliary Service.
- Ideally hold Level 5 Health & Social Care or equivalent, but a hold a minimum of Level 3.
- It is essential that you are a car driver and have access to a vehicle.
- Excellent understanding of CQC legislation and regulations.
- Passionate about providing Person Centred Care and a vision of what “Outstanding” Homecare should look like
