Health and Social Care Jobs have a full time, permanent job vacancy for a Registered Manager to take CQC registration of a new Private Homecare service based in Hampton in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames. The Service & Your Role

As Registered Manager of the new service in Hampton, you will assume responsibility for ensuring the service provided to all clients and families across the Richmond upon Thames area is safe and effective.  You will hand pick your own team of carers and senior carers, providing inductions, support, and continued guidance to allow each individual staff member to develop in their role.  Alongside this, you will assist in generating new referrals, networking, and developing relationships with clients and families who require the help from you and your valued team.  This exciting opportunity will allow you to take control of a newly registered homecare service, in need of a dedicated and passionate care manager to build it into a thriving service that delivers premium quality homecare!

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years Senior Coordinator or Management experience within Domiciliary Care or Homecare services
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care Adults (we welcome applicants working towards this)
  • Can-do attitude, excited by the opportunity to grow this new homecare service
  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Commutable from Twickenham, Hounslow, Feltham, Weybridge, Esher and other Greater London Areas
