We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Live-in Care Manager to work from Home and Head office which is based in Bedford area of Bedfordshire.

  • Salary - £35K - £45K per annum DOE + bonus + mileage
  • Full-time, Mon – Fri 9am – 5:30pm (may include on-call)
  • Can be Home Based 3 Days per week.

This is an opportunity to join a brand-new start-up Live-in Care company with big aspirations. They are looking for a Registered Manager who can help grow and develop the business across England, building networks and links in the local and national community and securing new business. You will also be pivotal in setting the standards for care within the service. You will be passionate about the sector and be a talented leader who will help recruit the staff team and inspire and nurture your team.

This role will include Home Working 2 or 3 days per week but will require regular attendance to Head office in Bedford, therefore the ideal candidate could live in a variety of areas including London, Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Northampton, Coventry, Kettering and surrounding areas due to the excellent transport links.


Essential Criteria

  • Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing a homecare service and business development.
  • Experience of CQC inspections, achieving a minimum “Good” on previous inspections.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
