Registered Manager, Stirling

£26,000 – £32,0000 per annum, Depending Upon Experience

Are you an experienced care manager looking for a new challenge or a highly motivated care supervisor or co-ordinator who is looking for the next step up in their career? Are you yearning to give your clients more quality time?  Are you living in the Stirling Area of Scotland and want to be part of something special, something exclusive?

Come and join the best!

You could be joining an Award Winning national brand who focus on a companionship lead care service.  They have won multiple awards over the years and have built an excellent reputation within communities across the UK. This exceptional service is different to any other care organisation in the area, providing a minimum of 1-hour home visits to a purely private client base, but the focus being on companionship.  Imagine having Dementia but still been able to go to your dancing class on a Saturday, still been able to pick up your pension, still going into town on a Wednesday for cream tea! This organisation makes these things happen every day!

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

You will play a pivotal role, you will be the face of the service and the one that cascades the values of the organisation to its Care Staff and to its customers.  You will be the first person our clients meet so from the first meeting you will set the standard.  You will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do, and you will lead your team to deliver only the best care. You will be an excellent people person and be able to build strong relationships within the local community.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

As our Registered Care Manager, you will be determined and passionate about homecare and have the leadership skills to deliver excellence. You will have a warm and welcoming personality and be someone that our clients will trust.  You will also hold excellent care standards and ideally be qualified to SVQ Level 4 or above in Health & Social Care, or equivalent and be willing to work towards Registered Manager’s qualifications. Being a car driver is essential.

If you are excited by this opportunity we want to hear from you. Within our organisation if you shine opportunities are created.  We have ambitious plans for the future you could be part of that!  When you do click on apply, Health & Social Care Jobs will contact you and you will get the opportunity to discuss this amazing opportunity in more detail.
