We are looking for a Registered Care Manager for our unique Supported Living homes in the Northwich area of Cheshire. DSN is a registered charity whose vision is a world where people with sensory loss face no barriers and have equality to live healthy, independent and fulfilling lives with dignity.
Our Supported Living service provides excellent accommodation within a friendly and supportive environment, for D/deaf and D/deafblind adults with additional learning disabilities and/or complex needs. It is key for us to encourage our service users to achieve their own personal goals and aspirations; live life to the full and embrace new challenges and experiences.
In this role you will manage a team of specialist senior and support workers to ensure that all our quality standards are met. Our current Care Quality Commission rating is good and we are looking for someone who can drive this through to outstanding.

- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care or equivalent
- Experience of managing and developing an effective team including recruitment, training, and supervision.
