Registered Manager, Children’s Homecare / Respite Service, Bradford, West Yorkshire.
As a Charitable organisation we have always provided a variety of different services to Children focussed around making a positive difference. Whether it is helping teenagers into employment, community health & well-being programmes or SEND Activity programmes. We have since gone on to develop our Children’s Homecare / Respite Service where we currently support companionship only at the moment to Children & their families in the Yorkshire & Leicestershire areas and this job opportunity will include becoming Registered Manager for this service with CQC.
The actual business was born out of its founder’s love for Sport, and how it can improve people’s wellbeing and mental health. It has grown from there. This is a young dynamic evolving business and a chance to be part of something really special. What we can offer.

Predominately taking referrals from Local Authorities for Children with Learning Disabilities. The children may not be able to attend other services or residential respite. Our Respite Support Workers will work with the child to ensure that they are getting out into the community and getting involved in activities, the main aim to allow their parents some respite. Once we are CQC registered we will be able to provide further support to families in need of our service. This is a very in demand service with referrals coming in daily so all we need now is to find our perfect registered manager!
- Experience of working with CQC
- A demonstratable history of achieving a Good Rating.
- Living within commuting distance to Bradford (Within an hour)
- A proactive, vibrant person who will get excited by this opportunity.

- Level 5 Health & Social Care.
