Registered Complex Care Branch Manager, Complex Care Agency (Homecare) job vacancy, covering the Petersfield, Alton & Liphook areas of Hampshire as well as the Guildford area of Surrey.  Car Driver Essential.

£36-£40K per annum, plus £3K Bonus


This Complex Care Agency sits in the middle of Petersfield and Guildford along the A3.  Petersfield is 14 minutes away and Guildford 24 Minutes away, so it is easily commutable for anyone living local to these towns.

This Service

This service provides Complex Care to Children & Adults within the local community within their own homes. As the Registered Manager of this service, you will have the full support of your Operations Manager, Quality Team, Recruitment and HR Teams for your Region.  The Service requires some improvement, and a manager who is highly focussed on Quality, Compliance and an excellent leader. Leading the team empowering them, giving them feedback and supporting them in their roles.

Key Service Information

  • Delivering 1000 Hours per week
  • Complex Care for Adults & Children
  • Excellent stable staff team, including Care Coordinators, Supervisors, Regional Lead Nurse & an excellent team of Care Assistants.

Experience Required

For this Registered Manager job vacancy, we need an experienced Manager who is looking to prove themselves, looking for a challenge and potentially wants to progress in the future with an organisation that can create opportunities for those that prove themselves.  Candidates would need to have a Domiciliary Care, Homecare, Complex Care or Adult Learning Disabilities background.
