Registered Home Manager, Burnley
£28K - £32K per annum
We are looking for a talented Registered Home Manager living close to the Burnley area of Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a residential home providing care to older people. The home is set in a beautiful location and all the residents are encouraged to enjoy life to the full.

As their Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. You will have residents at the heart of what you do and always strive for the highest standards of care. You will have excellent communication skills and be a positive representative of the home as you will take an active part in the local community.
What experience & qualifications are required to be a Registered Manager?
- You will hold a minimum Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care or equivalent;
- You will also have a proven track record and experience in managing a residential home/service;
- Above all, you will be a proactive individual with excellent leadership skills. You will bring fresh ideas to the home and be able to implement new ideas.
