Registered Service Manager (Mental Health), Barnet

£35K - £45K per annum DOE

We are looking for a talented Registered Service Manager living close to the Barnet area of London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded social care provider who provide specialist care to adults living with complex mental health needs.

As their Registered Manager, you will oversee a Supported Living service set over 3 properties supporting 22 service users moving from secure settings. You will be responsible for ensuring that the standard of support provided is of the highest standard in order to help the people they support with their daily living skills and live life to the full. You will be an inspirational individual with excellent leadership skills to motivate each member of your team to be the best they can.

What qualifications & experience are required?

  • You will have proven experience of working within a Mental Health Team;
  • A Mental Health qualification is desirable but not essential;
  • You will hold a minimum Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • It is essential that you are a car driver and have access to a vehicle.
