Registered Service Manager, Bognor Regis

£35K - £40K per annum + benefits

We are looking for a talented Registered Service Manager (Nurse Qualified - RMN) living close to the Bognor Regis area of West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded social care provider who provide specialist care to younger and older adults with Learning Disabilities, Downs Syndrome, or Dementia.

As their Registered Service Manager, you will manage a new and modern development. You will be leading a residential care home for up to 7 residents with specialist brain injuries and neurological conditions. You will be responsible for supervising the delivery of all care undertaken within the home. The service has excellent facilities and is easily accessible by bus, train and within close proximity to the local amenities.

What skills & experience are required?

  • You will have previous experience at management level specifically within Mental Health and be a qualified nurse (RMN);
  • You will experience of working within a mental health team;
  • You will have good knowledge and understanding of the Care Act 2015 and national standards.
