Registered Homecare Operations Manager, Westminster

£40K - £50K per annum DOE + Bonus

We are looking for a talented Registered Manager or Operations Manager living close to the Westminster area of London. Are you hungry for a new challenge? You would be joining an established Homecare provider with an enviable reputation which enables its customers to maintain their lifestyle to the fullest.  They aim to deliver the very best personalised care and support available, the sort of care you would want for your own relative.  Every one of their customers are individuals, and as such everyones individual preferences and needs are understood and catered for. They are looking for a Registered/Operations Manager that will ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered to the highest standard.

Your role is essential to the successful running of the business asa whole, we are looking for a true leader of people, someone who can inspire a team and bring out the best in them. You will also be crucial in helping the branch grow to exciting new levels looking for new revenue streams or business opportunities and you will have the autonomy to make a difference and drive the service forward.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold excellent care standards and will ideally have or be working towards an NVQ level 5 in Health & Social Care;
  • You will have experience in a Registered Management role;
  • Excellent Commercial awareness 
  • Business Accumen
  • Leadership abilities to mould and build your team of staff.

Above all, you will have a passion for homecare accompanied with excellent leadership skills to deliver excellence. You will be pro-active and work hard, but you will be rewarded for your efforts.
