Their homes provide specialist support to older adults with complex needs, including Dementia. They understand that every person has their own life story, so they get to know each person to understand things that are important to them and make their approach truly person centred. Many of their team have been with them for over 10-years and share the direction of the organisation. Each person is appreciated and as an organisation, they are open to listening to new ideas from all levels and value the contribution that every person can provide.
