We are looking for an enthusiastic full or part-time Rehabilitation Support Worker living within commuting distance to the Guildford area of Surrey. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Their support always tries to reflect the uniqueness of the individual and they are supporting. They do this by providing bespoke, person-centred care to ensure they are giving that person and their families the very best, tailored support.

  • £10.00 per hour plus £73.80 for sleeping nights, plus holiday pay.
  • Shifts range from 5-24 hours covering days, evenings, weekends & nights.

Who will you be supporting?

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will be part of a team supporting a gentleman within his own home and out in the community. He has lots of interests including cycling, art, music, and cookery. You will Support him to live in his own adapted home, where he receives 24-hour support. This is a varied job which would involve implementing an agreed therapy plan, days out, and helping him with his day to day life.  This would include things like domestic duties, managing his finances, and joining in with his hobbies. Helping him to achieve his personal goals and playing your part in him achieving his goals and aspirations.  We are looking for an individual who:
