Full & Part Time, Permanent, Male Rehabilitation Support Worker, Guildford, Surrey – Car Driver Essential.

  • From £11.00 per hour weekdays, £12.50 per hour weekends.
  • Bank Hours Available.
  • Shifts between 7am-10pm, including sleeping nights.
  • Experience within the Care Sector is Essential.

Your Role

Over 10 years ago, this lovely gentleman’s life was shifted into something unexpected, leading to a severe brain injury. He now faces challenges in his daily life, including cognitive & physical impairment and becoming wheelchair bound.

As his Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will be welcomed into their family home, highly adapted to support his needs. You will be working alongside the rehabilitation team, assisting with –

  • Aspects of his daily life, including activities that he enjoys.
  • Full support with personal care.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Implementing therapy plans.
