Part-Time, Rehabilitation Support Worker, Job Vacancy, Hereford, Herefordshire – Car Driver Essential.

This job vacancy is a 30-minute commute from Hereford via the A49 by car journey.

  • £10.00 per hour.
  • 20-hours per week contracted or bank hours available.
  • We can consider 2x part time candidates for up to 20 hours (hours split between candidates)
  • Experience with brain injuries & cerebral palsy is desirable.
  • Flexibility required for Mornings, Evenings & Weekends.

Your Role

Becoming a Rehabilitation Support Worker is much more than you may think. It is not all about daily routines and personal care, but encouraging the fun, energetic and exciting elements of life. Your personality and enthusiasm could be the reason personal goals are achieved!

You will be welcomed into the home of a young woman to support her rehabilitation process. While she does have a brain injury and cerebral palsy, she is determined to be social and as active as she can. Our young woman loves to spend her time walking dogs, going to gigs and thriving with equestrian support. You will be supporting her to continue the life she loves to live, with as few restrictions as possible.

Your Employer

As a personalised case management company, we know the effect being in you own home can have to rehabilitation. We create bespoke packages for everyone and match Support Workers to the client, building strong relationships. We provide excellent continuous training to ensure we are all adapting to the needs of our individuals.
