We are looking for a Residential Children’s Home Manager, to be Registered with Ofsted, to take ownership of a Children’s Home close to Blackpool area of Lancashire.   Car Driver

Location

This Children’s Residential Home is in Blackpool; however, this is easily reachable via the M55.  Preston is within 30 minutes commute via the M55, and Lancaster is approximately 30 minutes away or someone living in the surrounding area.

The Provider

When taking a new job vacancy, it is refreshing to hear the passion that the Provider feels for the Children they support, I certainly did when I spoke to this Provider.  They are still a small Provider, who have grown to four Children’s Homes, with plans to open more homes in the future.  However, that growth will always ensure that their services, never accommodate no more than three children in each Home.

They invest in the Children’s Education, encourage self-expression through Arts & Crafts, children have the opportunity to learn a second language, learn to play a musical instrument, go horse riding, or any sport or activity they show an interest in.  They make it happen!

You

We are looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager who wants to work for a smaller provider, who can whole heartedly believe in the organisations mission, but also that you are part of their future growth.  We would love you to be an experienced Manager however, we are also open to Deputy Manager’s with Children’s Residential Experience eager to progress.
