We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to work Nights close to the Stevenage area of Hertfordshire. This job is commutable from the Stevenage (26mins), Hitchin (24 mins), Baldock (15mins) and surrounding areas of Hertfordshire. It is accessible via the A1 and A505 transport links.

What does a Support Worker do?
A Support Worker you will be helping young adults with severe and profound learning and physical disabilities to have the best quality of life. In the morning you will help them get dressed, encourage them to get washed, and assist with their breakfast. You’d encourage them to participate in activities and hobbies and help them find what they are passionate about, so they can achieve all their goals. The adults are always getting involved in activities such as Forestry scheme, Enterprise scheme and even rock climbing!
- £8.75 - £9.70 per hour DOE/ Up to £22'400 per annum Approximately
- Full time hours, 39 hours per week (part-time and flexible hours also available).
- Nights - 8.45pm-8:15am, 4-week rota.
- Additional £2,730 per annum on top of salary for doing nights.
