We are looking for qualified, male Residential Support Workers living close to the Wolverhampton area of the West Midlands. This job would be working nights.
This job is commutable from Telford (35mins), Birmingham (40mins), Walsall (25mins), Cannock (30mins) and surrounding areas, via the M6, A41, A454, and A460 road travel routes. It is not required for you to drive, so public transport routes via the West Midlands, Cross Country rail and bus services may suit you.

As their Residential Support Worker, you will be working closely with the children to encourage a positive daily routine, keep them safe and be there for them to learn about becoming more independent and doing the things they love. Although this role may be challenging at times due to the behaviour you may need to support with, it will almost certainly provide an enormous sense of reward.
Support Worker Salary, Hours and Requirements
- Salary of £10.00 per hour.
- Waking Nights are 9.45pm to 7.15am, rolling 3 on 3 off rotating pattern.
- It is essential that you hold a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children and young people.
- You must be over the age of 25.
