Health & Social Care Jobs are recruiting for Residential Support Workers close to the Chester area of Cheshire to be part of a newly opening Children’s Residential Service.
- £10.00 per hour (no Level 3), £10.50 per hour (with Level 3)

This provider is owned and Directed by a Children’s Nurse who is very personable and friendly and has created caring, friendly and stable homes for the children they support. Established 7 years ago this provider initially focussed their services for young people with mental health problems and challenging behaviour. They have grown steadily and always kept their homes small with some home’s singular occupied. They focus on providing resilient, creative and a holistic approach to keep the young person at the centre of what they do. As an organisation they focus on raising self-esteem and confidence and ensuring every individual has self-worth and belief in themselves. This comes from employing wonderful teams who support and encourage the young people, becoming positive role models to them.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a new, small 2-bedded home supporting children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will help create a safe and loving environment for the children to flourish. You will play a key role in assisting the children with their education and life skills, helping them achieve their goals and achieve a positive future.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care Children & Young People, or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience supporting children and young people in a residential setting.
- Driving Licence not essential.
