Senior Care Assistant, Royston

£10.00 per hour

Full-time hours, days & nights

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant living close to the Royston area of Hertfordshire. You would be joining a private Residential Home for older adults who require specialist Dementia and personal care.

What will the role as a Senior Care Assistant involve?

You will supervise the staff team on shift, leading by example and ensuring only the highest standards of support are provided. You will help Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements. Above all, you will strive to achieve the best outcome for each resident at all times.

What qualifications & experience are required?

  • You will have experience as a Senior or experience in a supervisory position in a care setting;
  • Or you may hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care with the ability to undertake a Senior role;
  • You will need to be fully flexible to work days and nights on a rota which will include some weekends;
  • Above all you will have high standards and be an inspiring role model to your team.
