Senior Care Coordinator, Birmingham

£20K - £24K per annum DOE

Full-time plus on-call

We are looking for a Senior Care Coordinator living close to the Birmingham area of the West Midlands to join a leading provider of person-centred complex care at home for older adults and adults living with disabilities and mental health conditions.

If you have experience in a Coordinator role and you are looking for a more Senior position and an exciting new challenge, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As their Senior Coordinator, you will oversee and mentor a team of 2 and ensuring the best possible support is being provided at all times. You will be mainly office based but you will go out into the community to do assessments and write care plans. You will be key in scheduling rotas and ensuring carers and clients are well matched.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent;
  • You will have a minimum of 2-years’ experience in a Coordinator/Scheduler role;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Above all, you will be passionate about care and set the highest of standards, and you will understand the importance of what you do.
