Senior Care Coordinator/Scheduler, Telford

£20K - £23K per annum DOE

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9pm - 5pm

We are seeking a Senior Care Coordinator/Scheduler close to the Telford area of Shropshire. Do you have experience in scheduling rotas and experience in the care sector? Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

You will play a pivotal role; your rota planning will ensure that their customers always receive the same Carer/Companion.  You will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do!

  • Planning, Coordinating and Scheduling of the service for clients.
  • Organising all rotas and making sure that all Carers have their schedules in advance.
  • Liaising with the customer and the team to ensure the customer is happy.
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Ensure that the Client/Carer are matched well.
  • Identifying and reporting any recruitment needs to the Registered Manager.
  • Being very professional and courteous at all times when speaking to customers.
  • Participate in the on-call rota where required.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

Previous experience in the Care Sector is essential, as well as experience of scheduling;

You will have a minimum of 2-years’ experience in a senior position;

It is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle;

Above all, you will be an organised individual with excellent IT skills and attention to detail. You will also be passionate about the difference you can make and providing the highest standards of care at all time.
