Your Role

As a Field Care Supervisor /Senior, you will be passionate about what you do and hold the highest standards. You will be supervising and motivating your team of carers to deliver exceptional standards of care to clients living in their own homes.  You will ensure your team are supported with regular supervisions, providing them a caring positive approach to leadership. You will ensure all support plans are in place for clients, with regular reviews to ensure premium quality care is always delivered.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in providing domiciliary care or homecare
  • Minimum Level 2 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Dedicated, Hard-working approach to homecare
  • Full UK Driving Licence
